If a plan member takes medications on a regular basis, they can have a 90-day supply delivered to their door. They may save money and standard shipping is free. To see if a medication is eligible for a 90-day fill, a plan member simply logs in to their carelonrx.com account, chooses Manage Prescription, and then selects View, Refill Prescriptions to see their options.

If a plan member takes certain specialty medications, our specialty pharmacy team will contact them about their treatment and filling prescriptions.
