Susan Turner

Susan joined CarelonRx in 2021 to lead our Client Services organization, bringing over 30 years’ experience in healthcare and pharmacy. Over her career, she has led multiple change management initiatives aimed at increasing client retention, satisfaction, overall service, performance, and growth. 

Susan has a Bachelor of Science degree in pharmacy from the University of Louisiana-Monroe and learned the consumer perspective of healthcare as a retail pharmacist. Susan’s passion is to improve the health of the consumers that she has the privilege to serve. This includes client collaboration and solving problems from both a client and consumer centric perspective. 

She is a member of Women Business Leaders in Healthcare (WBL) and participates on the Texas Healthcare Advisory Council. She has also participated as a member of Vistage, a peer mentoring membership organization for CEOs, business owners, and business executives.
