Carmen Latham

Carmen joined the organization in 2011 bringing extensive experience from the pharmacy benefit industry. She has over 25 years of experience in the pharmacy benefit management industry and began working in the healthcare industry in 1996 with a large pharmacy benefit manager. Her work experience includes roles in customer service, client services, provider relations, home delivery, specialty pharmacy operations, sales, and account management. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from The Ohio State University and currently lives in Orlando, Florida.

The purpose of pharmacy benefits management is not solely filling prescriptions. I am inspired by the drive and dedication to manage the whole person to improve their health and life needs. I pride myself in bringing this purpose to my role.
