Kelly Cunningham
Staff Vice President, Human Resources
Kelly works to define and develop strategic human resources (HR) initiatives across the organization in partnership with other senior leaders. In particular, she leads the HR Business Partner team which develops broad functional and cross-functional people strategies that are focused on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development and effectiveness.
Prior to making the transition into healthcare, Kelly established HR expertise within a variety of industries, including consumer products, cable, apparel, and hospitality. More recently, she held several leadership roles, including Vice President of HR at Delaware North, and Director of HR for the Business Partner and Global Benefits and Wellness teams at Under Armour.
Kelly earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Towson University and a master’s in human resources and employee relations from Pennsylvania State University.
